Everyone who goes onto the matted areas needs to be registered, including adults who are only supervising children. Registering before you visit saves time when you arrive.
Choose the option that fits you:
A. Adults (18+)
Watch our induction video, then register. Once registered, you can climb on your own and supervise up to 2 under-18s (who each need to be registered using option C).
B. Juniors climbing on their own (14–17)
14–17 year olds can watch the induction video and register to climb independently while the wall is staffed, with consent from a parent or guardian. The parent or guardian must come along on their first visit.
C. Under-18s climbing with an adult
Every under-18 must be registered, with a parent or guardian reading and signing the consent. A registered adult can supervise up to 2 under-18s.
