Thursday evenings for secondary school children, age 11+. A great place to build climbing skills and confidence, and make friends along the way.
Sessions are led by experienced, qualified climbing instructors and cover the basics of bouldering, staying safe at the wall, and developing technique.

- 6–7pm
- 7–8pm
Groups aren't split by age, so pick the time that suits you.
Price and payment
£10.50 per session, paid by Direct Debit at the start of each half-term. Sessions run in term time only and follow Derbyshire County Council school term dates. Rock shoes are included free.
What they'll learn
We're an accredited centre for NICAS (the National Indoor Climbing Award Scheme), and all Thursday climbers follow the NICAS Bouldering programme.
Book a place
Groups are kept small, so get your child's name down as soon as you can. We try to be flexible with ages, siblings and friendship groups, so let us know if another session would suit your child better.
