Party options
Up to 8 children – £120
45 minutes of climbing and games with an instructor, followed by an hour in one of our event rooms for food, cake, or any games or activities you'd like to bring.

9 to 16 children – £120 + £10 per child over 8
Two groups of up to 8, each with 45 minutes of climbing and games with an instructor (1 hour 30 minutes in total), followed by an hour in one of our event rooms. The party room is yours for the whole party, so you can entertain one group while the other climbs.

How to book
- Email info@adventure-hub.com to check availability and agree a date.
- Download and complete the party organiser's form. All parents of children taking part must be told about the risks involved in climbing and bouldering.
- Pay for your party online to secure your booking.
Good to know
Party times are fixed because we use the wall, rooms and staff for other courses and events earlier and later in the day. A member of staff is with you for the whole party, which is why we can only offer parties in the format above.
Summer is our busiest time, so party dates can be hard to find, but it's always worth asking.
Terms and conditions
1. Fees
1.1. All bookings must be confirmed by email or over the phone and will be reserved once payment is made.
2. Cancellation by the client
2.1. All cancellations must be in writing.
2.2. The client will be charged the following cancellation fees depending on the date of the party (when calculating any potential refund, the initial booking date will be considered rather than any rescheduled dates):
2.2.1. 35% of the total fee where cancellation takes place more than 2 weeks before the party; or
2.2.2. 100% of the total fee where cancellation takes place within the final 2 weeks before the party.
2.3. Amendments: a customer may apply, in writing, to change party dates as long as the original booking is more than 2 weeks from the date of the request. An administrative charge of £25.00 is payable at the time of change. Any requests to change dates within the 2-week period will be dealt with under the terms relating to cancellation by the customer.
3. Cancellation by AdHub Ltd
3.1. Whilst every attempt is made to ensure that all sessions run, AdHub Ltd will notify the client of cancellation as soon as practicable where it believes on reasonable grounds that cancellation is necessary.
3.2. Cancellation by AdHub Ltd does not affect a client's right to a refund of costs that they may have incurred prior to the cancellation.
3.3. In the event of cancellation, clients will be offered the choice of a full refund of the fee paid, or another date.
