Exclusive 'Member Only' Access
Member Access is available via an electronic door entry system and is available at the following times:
Mon: 6.30am-4pm (NEW MEMBER ACCESS)
Tue-Fri: 6.30am-10pm
Sat-Sun: 6.30-9am AND 12pm-10pm
Members have unlimited access to the wall during the hours shown above.
**Wall will be closed for route setting for 2-3 days, several times during the year**
Reception and Shop Opening Times
During this time, we're open to the public. Everyone who wants to climb, must register online beforehand. Booking is not required.
MEMBERSHIP PRICING
Memberships can be pre-purchased through our online shop or through a subscription (min 12 month contract that then turns into a rolling contract). Monthly payments paid by recurring payment charged to a debit/credit card and can be set up at reception.
Please note that under 18's must be accompanied at the climbing wall at all times when the wall is not staffed. When the wall is open to the public/staffed, youngsters age 14-17 can attend with parents consent.
Family: A family membership must include at least 1 full paying adult and 1 under 18.
Base Price: 1 x adult and 1 x junior = £279 (or £23.99 p/m)
Additional adults £149 (or £11.99 p/m).
Additional juniors £89 (or £6.99 p/m)
1 Month Pass

SETTING UP YOUR MEMBERSHIP
1) Firstly you must have registered and watched our induction video
2) Subscribe or Pre-Pay for your membership
3) Collect card during any of the public opening hours published OR Call us to arrange a membership setup appointment.
Subscription
We have a popular subscription service which allows you to pay for any of our packages monthly, please note this has a minimum term of 12 payments. After 12 payments the subscription will revert to a monthly rolling payment which can be cancelled at any time with a minimum of 30 days notice.
The subscription service includes the option of 'freezing' payments for up to 3 months in any 12 month calendar period.

Pre-Pay
Pay up front for 12 months. This can be done online and then you can collect your key card at the centre during opening hours. Or you can simply sign up anytime we are open to the public.
