Members get their own access to the wall 7 days a week, using an electronic key card:
- Monday: 6.30am–4pm
- Tuesday–Friday: 6.30am–10pm
- Saturday–Sunday: 6.30–9am and 12–10pm
The wall closes for route setting for 2–3 days a few times a year.

You're welcome to bring up to 2 guests per visit during member hours. Guests pay per visit (£9.50 per adult) and must register before climbing.

Every membership can be paid for the year upfront, or monthly on a 12-month plan. Before you join, make sure you've registered and watched the induction video.

Family memberships must include at least 1 full-paying adult and 1 under-18. Under-18s must be accompanied whenever the wall isn't staffed. During staffed public sessions, 14–17 year olds can climb on their own with a parent's consent.

How it works
- Register and watch our induction video.
- Choose your membership above and pay for the year or monthly.
- Collect your key card during public opening hours, or call us to arrange a time.
Paying monthly
There's a minimum term of 12 payments, taken from your debit or credit card. After that it becomes a rolling monthly subscription you can cancel any time with 30 days' notice. You can also freeze payments for up to 3 months in any 12-month period. Monthly plans can also be set up at reception.
Paying for the year
Pay for 12 months in one go, online or in person during public opening hours, then collect your key card at the wall. Your payment anniversary stays fixed, but your membership starts from the day you collect your card.
